This wine is produced with grapes coming from vineyards that are in the Savennières area (la Combe, les Caillardières) which give it a unique and original minerality. Deep, intense garnet reveals a lovely complexity. Aromas of violet, iris, raspberries and strawberries. The Cabernet Sauvignon dominates on the palate with powerful aromas of black fruit, blueberries, blackberries with deep notes of leather.
